It’s #WorkoutWednesday! Join Kay for a quick, at home workout to keep working towards your goals. These workouts are meant to be low impact and east to follow for anyone. Each exercise is performed to a timer instead of having to keep count of how many repetitions are performed.
The Healthy Lifestyle Show is presented by Kay from Happy Trails Hiking. It is a show every weekday at 10 am central time that encourages you to live the life you love. There will be various topics on this talk show. On Mondays, Kay will interview people she finds Motivational; Tuesdays are Travel Tuesday, so you will find experts in Travel; Wednesdays will still be lightweight workouts with Kay or other guests; Thursdays will be a day to THRIVE and work on living the life we love; Fridays will be for the Foodies in our lives and we will discuss a food topic for the day.
