Posible nga bang pumayat kahit walang exercise? Dapat talaga nag.eexercise tayu 2-3 times a week, nagdi-diet ka man o hindi. Karamihan sa atin walang panahon o time para mag.exercise dahil bz sa trabaho o kaya walang time. So sa mga gustong pumayat dyan kahit di nag-exercise dahil walang time, eto yung mga paraan ko guys para pumayat.
1. Drink 2 glasses of warm water after waking up.
2. Have atleast 8 hours of sleep a day.
3. Minimize softdrinks, junkfoods and oily foods.
4. Kamote (sweet potato) diet.
5.DETOX.

Paalala lang guys, hindi daw pued ang DETOX sa mga may maintenance na gamot. hindi ko alam kung totoo. Pero kasi ako wala naman akong iniinom na gamot kaya ok lang.
So kung gusto niyo itry and Diet na eto, better ask your doktor about it kung pued ba to sa inyo guys.
