Keep Your Mobile In Your Pocket – Healthy Lifestyle
Tell me , how often do you not have your mobile phone with you ? Most of us always have them with us. I guess that’s the way of the world today. So, I’ll let you off for that , but how much is it in your hand ? How much are you looking at it ? These days, it isn’t just about making a call or sending a text. We now have the world of social media to deal with.
To start with, it was all about Facebook, but now we also have Instagram to content with. Oh, plus Pinterest. And , don’t forget about YouTube.
So, why am I talking about this ? So, back to where I started. Having your mobile with you , having it in your hand.
I go to the gym at least 4 times a week. I love it.Yes, it has got me fitter. It’s also good for mental health. It makes me feel good about myself. It’s satisfying. I spend about an hour there when I go. My phone stays in my pocket.Maybe it comes out once and a while to look at the time .
What puzzles me is the people at the gym that are continuously looking at their phones. What’s the point at being at the gym if your spending most of your time looking at your mobile ? I spend about an hour there, and I’m focused on my fitness and exercise and fitness. There may be a few that spend a couple of hours there. But , what’s the point of that if half your time is spent just sitting on a bike or equipment, not actually doing anything.
Our mobiles are pretty bad for our bodies. It’s hard to believe that the amount of time everyone spends looking down at their mobiles has gotten to the stage where it is bad for our bodies.
