How to Make Bread Rasmalai | Healthy Recipes | Chill With Protein Winner | Protinex India

This innovative dish: Protinex Bread Rasmalai, is something her kids crave for every time. And now, she shares her secret with us. This is her secret protein power.

Ingredients:
Milk – 1 litre
Saffron – 2 teaspoons
Crushed nuts – 2 tablespoons
Protinex – 4 tablespoons
Cardamom powder – 1 teaspoon
Bread – 5 slices
Protinex Vanilla Delight

Method- Boil 1 litre milk with sugar and stir constantly. Then reduce the flame. Add 1 teaspoon saffron and 1 tablespoon crushed nuts. Add 4 tablespoon of Protinex in warm cup of milk (Ensure there are no lumps). Mix it well with boiled milk.
Stir for 5 minutes and add 1 teaspoon cardamom powder. Take 5 bread slices and cut them in small circles. Add it to the milk mix.
Garnish with nuts and 1 teaspoon saffron. Serve chilled.
