1.Food: Khader Vali sir told to take Siridhanyalu (millets) as main food. With these Siridhanyalu we can prepare idli, dosa, kichdi, snacks and sweet items. And asked us not to mix siridhanyalu as each Siridhanyalu is having special type of medicinal properties.

2.Water: Water stores in Copper vessels are good for health. If copper vessels are not available, use copper plate to get structured water.

3.Items not to be consumed: As suggested by Dr. Khader vali, we should quit, rice, wheat, non vegetarian food, eggs, all products prepared by maida, tea, coffee, sugar, A1 Jersy Milk, refined oils, packaged and junk foods.

4.Herbal Decoction: we have to drink herbal decoctions made from fresh leaves instead of tea and coffee.

5.Milk : We can use desi cow milk for making curd, butter milk and ghee. Never consume milk directly.

6.Oils: use only cold pressed oils.

7.Sweetener: Use palm jaggery as sweetener instead of sugar.

8.Utensils for cooking: use steel or clay utensils for cooking.

9.Exercise: Walk at least 1 hour daily.

10.Meditation: Meditate at lease 10 to 15 minutes.

11.Sleep: Sleep in total darkness. Khader vali sir told that good sleep will increase our immunity power.

12.Wake up before sunrise and complete dinner by evening and go to sleep by 9 pm.
