1) PEANUT BUTTER PORRIDGE
– 1/2 Cup Oats
– 1 Tbsp Chia Seeds
– 1 Tsp Peanut Flour http://www.musclefood.com/sukrin-low-fat-peanut-flour.html
– Stevia drops/ Honey/ Agave
– 1/4 Cup Unsweetened Almond Milk
– 250ml Water
– Fresh Fruit
– Nut Butter
1. Add dry ingredients together; Oats, chia seeds & peanut flour and mix together.
2. Add the water and mix together. Porridge should be submerged.
3) Microwave for 2 minutes.
4) Take out, add a splash of Almond Milk and stir together. You may want to microwave for a further 30 secs or so depending on the consistency.
5) Once done, add a splash more almond milk and stir. Add fruit and nut butter of choice.
